by STNT
On Saturday, September 23rd, 2017 at 12:00pm, Kevin Marincil, son of Josip Marincil and Marina (nee Bogovic) from St. Nicholas Tavelich Parish in Winnipeg, and Danica Gospic, daughter of Damir Gospic and Michele (nee Murgolo) from St. Nicholas Tavelich Parish in Winnipeg, entered into the communion of marriage and family life with the sacrament of marriage.
The wedding took place in St. Nicholas Tavelich church with Reverend Marko Stefanec presiding over the Eucharistic celebration.
The celebration of Mass was enhanced with music from, organist Joanna Cindric Gustave and Luminous string quartet.
The best man and maid of honour at the wedding were: Christopher Marincil from Winnipeg and Jessica Milinkovic from Steinbach.
During the homily Father Marko, referencing the gospel, spoke of the wedding in Cana and how it shows us the situations in life that can occur, especially in a marriage. There are times where we will come across deficits and fullness, across fragility and glory. He also urged us all to do better in our lives, to improve in everything we do. He spoke of how we are either growing or dying in all facets of our lives, so try to always improve your faith, respect, commitment, trust and love.
Congratulations to the newlyweds and their families!
