PUBLIC MASSES CANCELLED

The Archbishop Richard Gagnon, following the directives of Manitoba Health and in consultation with priests and bishops, released a new memo regarding protocols that are to be put into effect immediately in the Archdiocese of Winnipeg.

Sunday Mass: there is suspension of public mass until and including April 26th, 2020. This date may change in the future.

Weekday Mass: all weekday Masses will stop during this time. Priests are to celebrate mass privately everyday.

Live-Streamed Masses and Holy Week:
The Archbishop will celebrate a private Mass each Sunday from the Cathedral at 11:00 am which will be “live-streamed” at the Archdiocesan website. This will begin Sunday, March 22nd.
Holy Week will be “live-streamed” from the Cathedral (more information to follow).
