Loosening of Public Health Orders – February 15, 2022

Loosening of Public Health Orders – February 15, 2022
by

With the release of the new public health order the following will be observed at our church.

Holy mass on Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays: we are allowed to have 50% of the church capacity which is 150 people. However we are still required to observe physical distancing between members of different households. This means that there is need to pre-register for any mass. Masses are on first come first serve basis.

As we come to further relaxation of the public health orders we are going to return to one mass on Sundays at 11:00AM.

The 9:00AM mass will NOT be offered at this time.

Parishes in the Archdiocese of Winnipeg will NOT require parishioners to present proof of vaccination.

Weddings, Funerals and Baptisms continue to be restricted to 50 people. The presider, one cantor, one accompanist, one lector, and the live-streaming team do not count toward the restrictions.

If the family desires to have more people present for these celebration they have the option after the consultation with pastor to check the proof of double vaccination at the door. This would allow the church to be filled full capacity (subject to physical distancing).

Mask wearing and physical distancing is still required.
