End of Christmas season and beginning of Ordinary Time

The Feast of the Baptism of the Lord concludes the Christmas season and begins the season called Ordinary Time. Now that we have heard about the birth of Jesus, a little bit of his life with Joseph and Mary we are invited to get to Him as he ministers, teaches and heals in Galilee and surrounding area. This liturgical year we are getting to know Jesus and his life according to the writing of Evangelist Matthew. Let us continue to into the mystery of the Person of Christ by listening to God’s Word and receiving Jesus truly present in the Eucharistic Bread and Wine at each mass.

Thank you to all who made our celebration of the Birth of Christ in the flesh beautiful. and those who blessed us with their presence. Hvala Vam od srca.
